Dr. Philip Lorenz
Dr. Lorenz received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1984. He did his undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Range and Wildlife Management. After graduating from veterinary school, Dr. Lorenz worked in a farm practice for two years outside College Station and then at the Road Animal Hospital in Irving for two years before starting the Buckingham-Plano Road Veterinary Clinic in 1989. Dr. Lorenz enjoys all aspects of being a veterinarian but especially enjoys the relationships built with clients and staff over the years, as well as surgery and reproductive medicine. Dr. Lorenz resides in Richardson with his wife, nine children and his pets.

Dr. John Wayman
Dr. Wayman received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1971. After graduating from veterinary school, Dr. Wayman served in the U.S. Army Veterinary Corps for three and a half years, primarily stationed in Okinawa, Japan. Dr. Wayman started and ran Trinity Pet Hospital in Carrollton for eight years. Subsequently, he has managed practices in Alexandria, Va., and Plano, Texas. For the past eight to 10 years Dr. Wayman has worked part-time in several practices in the Metroplex. When not practicing, Dr. Wayman spends time helping his wife, Gail, run the Wayman Center, a facility for ABA Therapy for children with learning disabilities, primarily Autism Spectrum Disease. Dr. Wayman enjoys the challenges of practice and making new friends, both human and animal. He lives in Dallas with his wife, two dogs and two cats.
